All products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
Custom orders take 1-3 weeks to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.
We ship Meg in Motion both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping times depend on your location in the USA, Canada, and the UK. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer.
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Meg in Motion is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Each year, US-based shipping carriers apply a temporary shipping surcharge to manage workload during the holiday season. This year, due to inflation, this peak-season surcharge is being applied to all orders to the US.
From Oct 3 to Jan 22, a $0.25 or $0.50 surcharge will be added to all orders with the destination address in the US.
The surcharge applied to your order will depend on the product category.
The surcharge will be added per order, not per shipment. If your order includes multiple products from categories with different surcharge rates, we’ll apply a single surcharge of the highest rate.
